Pizza? Yes Please.
After hearing much Danforth Pizza House lore — the cash register is a Burroughs Adding Machine, the lone pizzaiolo is a 97-year-old Italian man working a single oven by gaslight — I decided to pick up a pie to silence the old-school pizza craving voices in my gut.
An hour and a half later, after finishing much of an obscenely large pizza myself, I can say without a hint...

It's Always Sunny in Hatsuishi...
Finally picked up a fairly cheap point and shoot to caputre digitally some of my visit to the in-laws in Tokyo. Comfort -- Surprisingly Cheap

I was somewhat disheartened at how quickly Starbucks ditched their “Take Comfort in Rituals” ad campaign, as its overly simplistic new age-y message only further cemented my distaste for this tragically un-hip purveyor of overpriced, bitter coffee (in a recent blind tasting performed by a leading barista in Eyeweekly, McDonald’s brew beat out the ‘Bucks. The Battle of Niagara
Back from yet another trip to Niagara Falls with friends from the Land of the Rising Sun, who I suspect think July and August are the only months the permafrost melts long enough to visit this hinterland. Not far off, I suppose.
This trip also marks my third voyage aboard the Maid of the Mist in the past year, although it’ll be up to four before they haul those eternally buoyant...
